Bongos

Bongos is my #1 restaurant recommendation in the Seattle area. Service is always excellent and quick, the menu has many great options, and the vibes are always high. Prices and serving sizes are also reasonable for the area. Having tried nearly every menu item, my favorites include: Trinidad Steak Plate, Bucco Chicken Plate, West Indies Plate (can be spicy), Chicken Po Boy Sandwich, the Yuca fries side, Empanadas, and the Hummingbird cake. You can’t go wrong here!

Great place to bring family and friends to hang out. Eat, drink. And allow kids to play in the sand. Pet friendly too. My favorite desert is the rum cake which requires ID.

We were lucky to get the last carpark lot. My favorite is their Desi Plate. So yummy! The 1 am sandwich is delicious too. It’s truly value for money as we are so stuffed by the time we finished our food. 😋 The decor is cosy and especially there’s a Desi Arnaz suitcase on display.
