Matt's Greenwood Auto Care

I've only had good experiences at Matt's over several years of visiting them. On more than one occasion they've let me swing by to look at an issue and fixed it on the spot with no charge. Their staff is always friendly, they explain things clearly, and they are helpful in figuring out next steps. I mainly visit the Greenwood location but had the same experience at the Aurora location, too.

I feel bad leaving this review because everyone I spoke to was nice, but I will be going elsewhere for future services. The attention to detail is not there at Matt's. When I came in for my scheduled appt, they did not have it on the calendar, but said they can take my car anyways. I asked for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I also asked them to check one tire that was deflating faster than the others. After taking a look, they told me I did not need a rotation, and that the deflating tire was fine. I went elsewhere and it turns out Matt's got my tread measurements wrong, and I was definitely overdue for a rotation. They also did not notice a gash in my tire. And they did not reset my car system reminder for the oil change.

Mike at the front desk was extremely disrespectful to me when I asked more questions than I guess he was comfortable with. He became defensive and dismissive so much so that another guy had to step in so Mike could calm down. My family has been going here for years. This has never happened before and was extremely upsetting.
