Monica and Patrick were great to work with. Monica helped us pick towel bars that worked well with existing fixtures in the condo we bought. She was familiar not only the lines the Gallery carried but also with other ones. Ultimately, we picked towel bars they carried. Later we had to return one set of bars and order longer replacements and Patrick helped us with that process. We are very happy with our purchases and the sales service we received.

Over the years I have found the Fixture Gallery to be the go to place for an array of plumbing fixtures. If you want to be taken care of by people who care. go to the Fixture Gallery. Currently, I have been working with the Fixture Gallery and a builder as we are building a new home. Kirsten has done a super job handling the necessary selections and the ordering process. The more people involved the more complex the experience is. She made sure I was a happy customer and the order was accurate. I appreciate the Fixture Gallery and Kristen very much and highly recommend them.

Originally, we planned to order a Toto bidet seat online. This showroom was highly recommended by a friend who purchased a Toto Washlet from them. For the service and support, we were willing to pay extra and we even decided to go for the salesperson's upsell, doubling what we planned to spend. Twice, toilet bowls were shipped that didn't fit our set up. With delayed communications, and an avoidable error in the replacement order, what seemed to be a straightforward process took nearly a month. The plumbers arrived a second time for the install and the bowl was the wrong height (after we reminded the salesperson to check this detail). Rather than pay a fee to cancel their visit, we had the plumbers install the bidet seat on the old toilet. We lost confidence in the salesperson and in the end communicated exclusively with the manager. We could have ordered online to get the same result without the hassles. (We shared this review with the manager before posting who all throughout has been very responsive.) What we would do differently would be to consult with an experienced plumber first. An overlooked detail can cause delays. We would also request a salesperson that is a better fit for us.
