I just walked in looking for haircut and checked in not knowing what to expect. My barber is Jeff Stark and he is interesting, funny and focused on providing the best haircut suited to my requirements. I have now visited twice as Jeff is my barber of choice and will be until he retires as I stay with a barber as long as they are performing their magic.

It’s disappointing to see how this business has shifted its focus toward profit at the expense of customer loyalty. Accommodation seems to be at the bottom of their priorities. This place used to be my go-to barbershop, but with continued price increases and added conditions like a 50% modification and cancellation fee, it’s clear they’re focused on extracting as much money from customers as possible. Save yourself the frustration and skip the chain. Support your local barbershop, where relationships with long-time customers actually matter.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This is my first time to visit this barber shop , I had two appointments and, considering the price, I was expecting a higher level of service. I understand that there may be time limits, but haircuts sometimes require a bit of flexibility to ensure quality results. We were told that our time was up at 30 minutes, even though the website states “30+ minutes.” My hair was still wet when we were asked to leave, and I didn’t have the opportunity to fully check the result. The lady that cut my hair was very good I like her . Additionally, my husband was asked to go pay before his haircut was fully finished, which made the experience feel rushed. I appreciate your efforts to stay on schedule, but allowing a little extra time when needed would greatly improve the overall experience.
