The Chicken Supply

I rarely come to Seattle these days, so I didn’t even know this chicken shop was here. I stopped by after dropping my son off at soccer practice nearby, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the chicken on a stick and the coconut collard greens. The chicken was juicy, tasty, and had a nice light coating. But the coconut collard greens were what really surprised me. They were so, so good. The portion was very generous for the price, and the quality felt like something you would get at a much more expensive sit-down restaurant. I could honestly eat this every day, and it’s the kind of food I would feel good feeding my kids. The seasoning wasn’t too strong, but it was still full of flavor. The creamy coconut milk complemented the natural, slightly bitter flavor of the collard greens perfectly. Everything tasted balanced, comforting, and thoughtfully made. I’ll definitely be back.

My boyfriend has celiac so this place has been on our list. The food- Amazing! The chicken is so crispy and the pieces are HUGE! The wings are full wings. We got the spicy wings and all the house sauces and they paired really well with it. The garlic rice was delicious but I think we should have tried some other sides as well. The price was $60+ for the 8 piece tray, sauces and rice which is a bit steep for us but it definitely was worth it cause it fed us WELL for 2 meals. Service- Cashier was very nice and ready to help with any questions or suggestions. I loved being able to see into the kitchen and the order was done super quick! The vibes in the restaurant were good and we liked the decor. We would definitely visit again! It is definitely the chicken spot for us.
