Nutty Squirrel Gelato

If you're marketing yourself as a gelato shop, I tend to expect a gelato product. This is an ice cream shop, the texture is too grainy for gelato. The people serving it are serving it as one would ice cream, not paddling it around a bit like they do in real gelato shops for texture purposes. They have paddles here but use them to basically scoop the ice cream. It's fine for an expensive ice cream shop but nothing outstanding on that front either.

We loved having you guys cater for our school! The staff was so patient and friendly with all the excited kids, and the gelato was easily the biggest hit of the day.

The long wait could have been shortened if they would post their menu outside where the long line is standing. Server was very slow in making the orders - made it feel even longer. Very good gelato, but be aware they serve tiny European size portions for a very large American price. 1 cup of ice cream is almost $8.
