Windy City Pie

Good pizza. Nice little place by the zoo. Tip included. Parked at the zoo and had some time before a concert so walked up the street a bit to this place. Nice place with inside and outside dining. I had a few beers while they made our pie. It was awesome! We added some jalapenos for some heat. Sauce and sausage was excellent! Burnt crust was amazing. We were there early afternoon on a Sunday so we were seated immediately. Great service. We ordered a deep dish and it does take some time to cook...

Probably better for dine in. I ordered a slice of their "Breezy town" Pepperoni Paint Job and a Meatza pizza. The Pepperoni Paint Job was my favorite! The topping on the pizza slid a bit on the ride home and the plastic silver they provide is like bringing a knife to a gun fight. Their pizza and crust is good, and the toppings are hefty.

*Please Read, the price makes sense!* Tldr: Pizzas are huge and you don't have to tip! We came in on a Friday night for a pizza. I'd read some reviews that said the pizzas were overpriced, but I was drawn to the pictures I was seeing. Our waitress was incredibly hospitable and super nice. The pizza was huge, delicious, and we left had leftovers. The price tag was a little daunting, but, after I tapped to pay, our waitress went to walk away. "Don't we have to tip?" I called after her. "No, gratuity is included in the cost to increase our wages," she told me. So there you go: big, delicious pizzas at an establishment that pays their gregorious servers a good wage. What more can you ask for?
