Pharmacy is inefficient and segmented. The workers don't talk to each other or coordinate. They bounce you around between stalls. The drop-off or consult window should have a POS to pay just like EVERY OTHER REASONABLE PHARMACY as that is where they deal with the special issues. Or if they're done finding the issue, they should put you at the front of the line for the next available window and check you out themselves. The workers were literally not communicating to each other and asking me the customer how her coworkers looked it up and the specifics of what she did.....

Since changing from Bartells to CVS this pharmacy has gotten so much better. Super helpful when navigating different types of prescriptions with my doctor (ones that auto renew versus ones for which I have to request the Dr to refill every time, etc). Their pick up process is simpler and super fast. Reliably good experience.

The least competent pharmacy crew I’ve ever encountered. Constantly making mistakes, missing self imposed deadlines and never demonstrating comprehension of their roles. CVS - Hey you guys really did a terrible job taking over the Bartell's on 85th. I gave you like six months to get your stuff together - but you really blew it. Incompetent staff, systems that don't work & aren't consistent across different CVS pharmacies in my area, and seeing the same mistakes repeated making it evident that staff genuinely didn't care. If I could give a 0 star review I would. I wish you hadn't bought this location out if you were just going to ruin it.
