Thank you James! We had an issue with our water heater not working and I called for support. James took the time to look into our model and resolved our issue right away over the phone. Was extremely friendly, honest and knowledgable.

I’m really glad to have Greenwood Hardware as a neighborhood store. While staff interactions can sometimes be hit or miss, there is one woman there who is consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable — she’s honestly the reason I keep coming back. She also takes wonderful care of the plants; they’re always in great shape. I think of her as the store’s plant whisperer. The prices can be significantly higher than other stores, which limits how often I shop there, but I value having a local hardware store and appreciate the service when it shines.
