Steam & Press

I highly recommend Steam & Press. We were shocked that neither the bridal salon nor alterations place would press my daughter's very wrinkled dress. We ended up driving a long way to take it to Steam & Press just a week before the wedding. I was so impressed with the whole experience. We could track where the dress was in the process and the end result was a beautiful wrinkle-free dress, ahead of schedule.

The Marysville store and team are amazing. I have used them for many items - king size bed spreads and blankets to dresses and suits. Recently they cleaned and preserved my wedding dress and remembered me as I walked in the door to pick it up. Daniel explained the process if I wanted to take it out or if I had someone else wear it. Making sure I knew they were there to help. Fantastic customer service and high quality cleaning.

The original Steam & Press is my go-to dry clean place. The owner and the staff are friendly and professional. I could see they work with a lot of wedding gowns because they always have multiple gowns in the shop every time I was there. I have taken some difficult pieces, including some botched leather item, to them and they did a phenomenal job. When a piece was not salvageable, they gave me their honest opinion so I was not going to waste the money. They also worked with my deadline and got the clothing back to me on time. Their communication is clear and timely. Highly recommended .
