Ridge Pizza

I am honestly sad to write this. I love the neighborhood and its cool shops, bars and eateries. But, oh my! What an unpleasant experience we had today. The ladies working there are nice and welcoming. There is one guy, though. He wears glasses… he was absolutely rude. His behavior was borderline harassment. Either you keep ordering or you have no business being there longer than your allotted meal time. Despite our ordering plenty from the menu. I guess we were on a timer. Too rude. Plans for dinner and drinks for 4 were cancelled due to this person’s lack of professionalism. If it is not a neighborhood pizza bar (relaxed, welcoming, no time or budget limits), then please let us know. We get a thousand times better treatment from the Chinese waiters during Din Sum hours on a busy Sunday for brunch.

Yes, the pizza is fabulous, but we crave the unique Ceres Salad - kale, bacon, blue cheese, mushrooms, bacon, kalamata olives, red onion and a wonderful balsamic vinegarette.

Our family of 15 visited Ridge (Phinney Ridge/Greenwood) last Saturday. They took really great care of us. 7 of the 15 were kids - and it worked out well. They had food to us promptly and the service was awesome. We were all pretty tired from a day of adventure and appreciated the hard work that went into pulling that off for us. We had called ahead and asked if they might be able to take our order over the phone and they did exactly that - without a hitch. Great job to Ridge Team - I wish I could recall the servers name - she really made a difference. So pleasant. Thank you!
