Ben's Bread Co.

this is one of my favorite brunch spots. i always get the chorizo hash and my partner gets a few of their rotating pastries, and it’s a joy every time. customer service is amazing, even though the prices add up quite substantially.

Tried their pizza on Wednesday (they serve from 17:30-19:30). So good. Tried the mushroom one and full of flavor. Note, highly recommend lining up early. By 17:30 the line was around the block and they only make so many pizzas!

I am starting to notice Seattle reviews are skewed, and can’t be trusted. I don’t know what scale people are basing their review on because even just based solely on quality ingredients this place is 5 ⭐️! I knew as soon as I saw the French butter in the fridge and house-made syrups for the drinks that I was in for a treat. I went to Ben’s Bread Co yesterday, and ordered their breakfast sandwich (all breads are 100% naturally leavened sourdough) that was on an English muffin with, souffléd egg, American cheese, and Jack Mountain Meats ham. It was what breakfast sandwich dreams are made of! In addition, I also ordered their honey cardamom donut hole (the dough was airy and fluffy - tiny cloud of fried dough kissed with sugar and a sinful cream filling) and sweet blue corn cookie (perfect texture of chewy and crisp, and not overly sweet). I also had great customer service (friendly and assisted in navigating the menu), loved the ambiance, and overall would definitely recommend this place!
