Great Clips

A great experience going back to see Irene. Unfortunately a stylist cut a few weeks ago overlooked some layering. This is a busy, efficiently run location. A Neighborhood fave.

Extraordinary customer service. The door sign wasn’t updated to 730p close, I saw the 7p and said “aww dang” and started to walk away, then she came out and got me! So so kind of her after working a 12 hour shift. Thank you for a great haircut and really kind care!

I've been coming to this Great Clips salon in Greenwood for almost 10 years now, even through all the COVID weirdness. The staff has always been courteous and professional and I've had several different stylists over the years. So, I'm a little surprised at the 1-star reviews describing unprofessional behavior - I've never experienced that here. Sure, it can get a bit busy at peak hours, but the online check in system works really well and gives you an estimate of when to show up in person to minimize wait times. Close, convenient and courteous - all you could want for in a salon.
