We came here for my partners birthday and had a terrible experience. At first, everything was great. The cocktails were great. We got a couple of appetizers, and even though there was a long black hair in my garlic bread, I'm not a germophibe, so I let it go and didn't say a word. As a previous small business owner, I know that mistakes happen, and even though I think the kitchen should have been wearing hairnets, I let it go. The food was delicious, but as soon as we got our pasta, we ordered our pizza. 45 minutes after our pizza had not arrived, we asked to check on it. The bartender said he would check on it and disappeared. 15 minutes later, the manager came over and said that it was coming. I asked if it was forgotten because it seemed so, and she got very defensive and said they had lost the ticket and it would be over in 10 minutes. There was no apology. 30 minutes later, it had still not appeared, and the manager clearly did not care. Honestly, because we were celebrating a birthday, if they would have come over and refilled our wine and apologized, all would have been well. Instead, when we asked again, the manager asked if we were in a hurry. I said, "It's not that we were in a hurry, it's that waiting over an hour for an entree is ridiculous." After 90 minutes, when our pizza still wasn't out, we asked to get it to go. Because they have an automatic gratuity webcould not even tip on service. The manager clearly did not care. She ended up comping our pizza, but did not say sorry, and was-pretty sour. The bartender never said a word to us, and I never got my dessert or candle that I had requested as one does on a birthday. It ruined the evening, and I will not go back. I'm really disappointed with the entire experienceandghave reached out to the restaurant group because prior to this experience, I had been a loyal customer.

I enjoyed my experience at autumn on their last evening offering the chefs tasting menu. A tasting menu is always a fun experience in savoring a chefs approach to ingredients, presentation and techniques. It is something that’s should happen more frequently. It’s a slower more intimate style of service. Ricardo, Trey, and Tyler did a great job with presentation, the mocktails, and flavors on the food.

We visited during Restaurant Week and our overall experience was not satisfying. Compared to the positive reviews we had read, the food was quite average and fell short of expectations considering the price. The steak, in particular, was tough with a lot of tendons and gristle, and the portion size was very small. One of the main reasons we chose this place was to try their pasta, but the tagliatelle was nothing special at all. The red wine we were recommended also seemed to have been opened for quite some time. What disappointed us the most was the service — despite a 22% service charge, our server, who had been chatting quite a lot throughout dinner, left the bill on the table at the end without saying a single word. I must say the restroom and overall atmosphere were the most impressive parts of this place.
