Labels Consignment

This is one of the best places to consign in Seattle! They have a specific process but it makes sense and the staff are informed on it. I've had difficulty consigning at other businesses in this city and Labels has their process down! They are very accommodating to various seller situations, like when I broke my foot and had trouble bringing things to and from the store. They always pick up the phone, try to make things work with you, and give a decent payout. I highly recommend selling with them! As a buyer, there tends to not be as much in my size (L/XL/14). So unfortunately I haven't bought any clothes here yet. But they usually have great jewelry, bags and accessories!

I consigned with this shop for a few years and generally had a consistent experience. Toward the end, I had an interaction that felt quite rigid, and I was advised to consign elsewhere. I ended up trying Eres Boutique and found a different experience that worked better for me. It felt more modern and curated, with a more convenient item tracking (mobile app) and a smoother payout process (auto Venmo payments or mailed check. Sharing this in case it helps others explore options, especially if you are closer to East side.

I gave one star because I have never experienced friendly staff when shopping there. The clothes and prices are lovely but the staff, I don’t know what it is …. Just zero personality along with no real interest in helping you find something you works for you. Three different visits, same treatment. Not impressed.
