We really like this vet but today they had a sign on their door saying they were in a staff meeting until 3pm. We waited at the door for nearly 30 minutes. There was no apology or reason given as to why they had such a delay. This was our worst experience here. Multiple patients waiting outside and even the UPS delivery man tried to make a delivery and knocked and there was still no answer.

I brought my cat here for a routine dental cleaning that I’d gotten behind on over the past few years. We knew there was going to need to be at least one tooth extraction so I opted for a traditional Wedtern medicine style procedure (x-rays and anesthesia). I did opt for a homeopathic injection which helped accelerate her recovery and hopefully made her a bit more comfortable. I felt heard and respected by everyone I interacted with from front desk staff to all the medical professionals. While I do tend to lean towards a more traditional style of westernized medicine, I did appreciate learning about all the natural products and treatments that are available to add to our regular routines that help keep my kitties in their best health. I shared all the information from this clinic with my primary vet and feel that between the two modalities, my fur babies are well situated to living their best lives.

Ancient Arts have been helping my cat through nearly two years of cancer management. Acupuncture, ozone therapy, and homotox has been helping her recover from chemo side effects and maintain her quality of life. She calms down quickly once the needles are in and takes a good nap during and afterwards. I also appreciate that they move at her pace and create a non traumatic environment for cats. She doesn't mind coming here and even greets the staff/vets!
