★ 4.8My girlfriend and I were in the area and craving Indian food so we stopped by. We were seated immediately and had no wait at all. Prince took great care of us. We ordered the Bullet Naan, the Burnt garlic prawn noodles and the Chicken masala which prince recommended we try since we said we wanted our entrees spicy. Everything was delicious. The Naan was nice and thin with just the right amount of char on it. Dipping it in the curry was great. The entrees were both amazing and smelled so good when they were brought to our table. They were spicy as requested yet very balanced with the other flavors. Our waters were topped off whenever they started to run low. The portion sizes were great and we were both satisfied and still had some food to take home. I'm saving Magic Masala in a list on Maps and I'll be coming back again next time I'm in the area. A huge thanks to Prince and everyone else at the restaurant that made our dinner fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them for a little date night or with a group of family and friends. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and they had great music playing as well.
Had a wonderful meal at Magic Masala and left happy and full. The butter prawns were rich, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. I also ordered the fried pakora, which had a nice crunch and great flavor. It was a little on the salty side for my taste, but still enjoyable and paired well with the meal. To top it off, I had a mango lassi, which was creamy, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the spices. Overall, a delicious experience with great flavors and dishes I’d gladly order again. Looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu!
TLDR; Dined at Magic Masala twice in a week recently and I can finally say good Indian food is finally here in Seattle! I haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve had here so far. The gobi manchurian is absolutely amazing - perfectly crunchy, spot on flavors. The methi paneer is just outstanding and the best I’ve ever had in my life. The gravy is just lusciously creamy and had such good flavour. This is definitely one of the my favorite things here. We also tried the chili paneer and paneer tikka here - both were good too. Portions are pretty generous and splitting an appetizer and a main among two people was plenty of food! Service is really good, the place may look simple but the wait staff is incredible polite and attentive. I can’t wait to go back. This is definitely my go to for Indian food going forward.
